I now have two accounts that I use for only Rootsweb posts, Google, Outlook and I have my 20 year old ATT account.   This morning no mail on any of them from the many lists I am a member, owner or both.  Is the system down or dead?  Is it dead because so many of us get no longer Rootsweb mail??  If I was a conspirator, I might think this is an Ancestor plan.  Must be expensive to carry Rootsweb. -- Pat Connors http://www.connorsgenealogy.com

I use gmail, and have rec'd posts throughout, granted not a vast amount but some from various lists If Ancestry wanted to bin Rootsweb, why on earth would they go to all the trouble of changing servers and re-introducing web sites and updating the mailman software, it would have been very easy to cease supporting Rootsweb way back when the lists went down Have you checked the archives of the lists you are concerned about? are there posts there that you haven't rec'd?
