I, too, have not receiving Rootsweb email on this account (ATT) in over a month.  I, too, have been on ATT chat with wonderful ATT employees a couple of times.  Each time, we have gone through Yahoo email (which has been managing ATT email for years) and found no messages being held, etc..  ATT told me that the blocking was not happening at their end. To make things even crazier.  Rootsweb has been sending my ATT email to my gmail account without me telling them to do so.  I get Rootsweb single posts of ONLY for the lists I admin at Rootsweb.  I have the diaries sent to ATT but since over a month, I am not getting them at ATT, so I opened an Outlook account for just diaries. This past weekend, I have gone through all my subscriptions, personal and for the many lists that I admin.  Mysteriously many of my subscriptions had been switched to the gmail account without any input from me. I wrote to Ann last Friday to tell her about how Rootsweb was switching my subscriptions without any input from me.  Plus, I told her that ATT emphatically said the problem is not at their end.  She said she would recheck to see what is actually going on.
