    3. One of my mailing list members who is with (at)sbcglobal.net has talked to Rootsweb support a couple of times. First they were told to make a new Mailman account. When that didn't seem to work, they were told that it was their ISP that was the problem, ATT/Yahoo, not Rootsweb. So, basically the opposite message from what you got.
