Has anyone developed a "we are back up" post to get the lists going again? Would you please share. Had any success?

What I would particularly like to see posted to the list is "how to" guides on accessing such other sources. Thanks for the ideas. I am not sure what I can do. I have tried Welcome we are back up. I have tried rollcalls. Instruction on setting up your rootsweb master account I gotten only a few replies Anybody consolidating "relatred" list members to get one active one? Anybody getting more than ten percent activity of what it was before?
