We have a leadership position as listowners, and this list is all about improving our skills and helping one another develop best practices. It is NOT about criticizing Rootsweb, Ancestry, or fellow listowners. I would greatly appreciate it if each of you used best practices for posting on this list as well. Please re-read your post before sending, and think how what you say will be seen by a wider audience. If some of your phrases are ambiguous, speak more clearly and simply. Please in replies trim extraneous material, especially footers. If we want our list members to do this, we should be doing it ourselves as well. This has been a tough time for all of us, and listowners who have fallen off this list are subscribing daily. Please let's give them good information, presented clearly.
