Tracey, I didn't have BIG problem, but did ask if anyone knew anything about the company. Apparently, a few of my subscribers had dealings, some pleased, some displeased. Of the responses I got, none were of a testimonial nature. Some had indicated the information they received was already available, but a few did say they got leads or something of value.
