Ok, As a listowner, I feel I can no longer tell anyone not to send attachments anymore than I can make them spell cemetery correctly. If messages are converted as attachments beyond the sender's control (special characters, for example), I don't see as how this can be eliminated. While, my mail program (Lotus cc:Mail) has no problems with attachments, I suppose there must be some products being used that do. Fortunately, I've not had any problems since the users in my lists appear not to have lengthy messages, which can also cause conversion into attachments.
