The board is still in the list. I wasn't subcribed but I just did. I guess new users have to be moderated. I haven't got a confirm message. There is also a board-users list. I was already a member of it. I had to change some of my email addresses last fall and subscribed with the new address, but so far no message or a message from the admin.
