    3. You *can* add the address on your list tools: Mass operations > mass subscribe and just paste in the address. However, it is *much* better to send them to the http://home.rootsweb.ancestry.com/listindexes/setupmail page and and list info link and let them subscribe themselves. Really, everyone should be able to make an account and have control over their subscriptions and how they wish to receive their email.     3. If you and the listowner of the list agree, and want to extend the awesome power of the listowner to you, that is easily done. The listowner just adds your email as a listowner, then removes you as a manager. Personally, I don't see the point of managers unless the list size is enormous -- say 10,000 subscribers. And in my experience, if possible it is good to have a small team of two rather than a lone listowner for largers lists. Now it is easier than ever since there is no longer a "list password" to pass along.
