Joan, I just got reply from Gerhard - he said to do first step and copy that url and send in email to listmaster at rootsweb.com when dealing with this particular type of spams already in archives. This morning I requested a spam message be removed from the archives using the removal tool, and notified the Helpdesk via the help button and the Ask A Question screen. This afternoon I received an e-mail from Gerhard to say it had been done. Quick, easy and efficient. Thank you RootsWeb. Cheers Elmo.
