Joan, I just got reply from Gerhard - he said to do first step and copy that url and send in email to listmaster at rootsweb.com when dealing with this particular type of spams already in archives.     3. This morning I requested a spam message be removed from the archives using the removal tool, and notified the Helpdesk via the help button and the Ask A Question screen. This afternoon I received an e-mail from Gerhard to say it had been done. Quick, easy and efficient. Thank you RootsWeb. Cheers Elmo.
