Hi Marie I would ban each of his new addresses as you discover them as long as you're sure they belong to him. To avoid having to vet each and every message to the list, you could set your list so that you have to approve all new subscriptions. Put the new subscribers on moderate until their first message is vetted or until you learn that the address is not owned by your miscreant. You could use the archives search engine to check to see if the new subscribers are/were subbed to other lists and then those addresses wouldn't have to be moderated.
