Anne, I have done everything you have told me to do, including TAKING THREE DAYS of my volunteer time to reset ALL of my "message acceptance" options because that was your latest guess that you said would work. However, I've now returned to sending my welcome letters you said to send and NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM has escaped the Held Message trap yes, along with a fair number of legitimate subscriber posts as well. Is this going to stay this way? Is it going to be fixed? I am only speaking for myself, but there are an awful lot of other List Owners out there in the same fix and all I keep getting are more suggestions that do not work. Please help. David E.
