Based on the discussions here the past few days, I thought I had found the key. Go into each member's settings which is held for the reason "n/a" and change it from Default to Accept immediately (bypass other rules). So I did that for my listowner address in each of my lists and posted to most of them -- the ones with Message Boards. I mentioned that board posts would no longer be gatewayed, linked to the board, and mentioned that linking to their own posts there which have images might be useful for them. It takes a bit of time - copy the email of the poster, paste it into the search box in the Subscriber list, and then click on Member Options and scroll to the bottom. Remember to click the Save button. By the way, I noticed that there are two Save buttons - one for the top section and one for the Moderation status. They aren't interchangeable! If you make changes in the top section and only click the Save button on the very bottom of the page, the changes will not be saved. You have to click the button for the top section or the Moderation section separately. This seems to have worked for most lists, so I will continue to do this by hand for any poster whose post is caught as n/a. It can't hurt and might help. Valorie -- http://about.me/valoriez
