I got a gatewayed held message also. I could see it actually was a gatewayed message, so I approved it. It never came to the list. I usually respond telling them they must first subscribe before they can post. I agree with you Anne, I went back 3 times thinking there were no replies to your broadcast. I have never seen anywhere forum board or even blog, where the number of replies weren't indicated.
