Mostly just checking to see if I am still on this list.  It says I am subscribed, but I am not getting the posts shown in the archives. Still trying to figure out what is wrong. How is everybody?  I know many of the RW websites have been restored.  Perhaps more will follow. Any other news?  I am reading the archives now. Mike

The issue appears to have been how Julie's name was shown on her emails with back slashes before and after and after her name. Once she removed the name it worked. are they subscribers? if not, why trying to ban non-subscribers when you can do something more simple. in settings - for message acceptance, change this one particular setting to "Discard - no notification" And as for "banned addresses", it should be reserved for the actual subscribers who make trouble for you. NOT for the spammers. They don't subscribe properly. The only true problems are those subscribers who do NOT follow through with the confirmation message and do not follow correct instruction for un*subscribe. They are real pain.
