If an ISP is blocking RootsWeb list mail you won't know until you get an unsub notice for bounces for your subscribers using that ISP. <<I have already notified my list that I will be sending out test messages after the switch with a number in the subject so subscribers will be able to easily verify that they are receiving the messages.>> That shouldn't be necessary--just let your list members know to continue posting on-topic discussion as always. <<This morning I saved the page that lists all my 750 L and D subscribers just in case something goes wrong. Later today I will be copying the tag-lines along with all the pages in the "Edit Files" section.>> That shouldn't be necessary either as nothing will happen to your subscriber addresses. Not much point in copying the taglines either as you can only use one static footer in Mailman--so pick the best one and use it if you like. Or combine a couple. You won't need unsub instructions because that is included in every global list footer. It is only your reject list and whether or not the address was subbed or blocked that you might want to save.
