Dear Pam: Listers have reported liking how they receive the digest. The look of it. The digest defaults to being recieved "in line"... one long continuous message. This is how most people have received it for years. If that is not your current experience and would like your current experience repeated, there is a "work around." Your Admin will be able to adjust a setting for you. Please bear with your Admins as they learn this new software and how to use the tools provided. It is very different to what they are accustomed to. Yet in the end, is easy to use once one overcomes the natural resistance to it not being like what we are accustomed to.
