Dear Becky: Rootsweb determined long ago that plain text messages and no attachments are much safer for the experience of all the listers. No, there will not be any changes to allow either attachments or rich text formatting. Admins will find some reports are currently sent with attachments from Rootsweb, but general subscription mail does not include or allow them. Should you want to share a photo or other file, you may do so by posting it to a board and supplying the link (to the board post) to the list.
