Eliza Lewis & d. 29 Nov. 1871, Port Sullivan, Milam Co., TX; (4) Clement, b. 23 Feb 1814 NC & mar. Margaret Cunningham, and d. 9 Aug 1876 at Hearne, TX.; (5) James' and (6) Eliza. In 1850 Ruth Howard Lindsey and dau. (6) Eliza, lived next door to Ruth's son, (3) William, near Rockford, AL. Son (4) Clement went to Georgia as a child with his family. Later he moved to MS where he was overseer of a platation in Pontotoc Co. when he mar.Margaret Cunningham, dau of Judge Ben Cunningham. Clem and Margaret had six chidren: Samuel Howard, Ruth Richerson, William Berry Grove, George Washington, Eliza Jane and Mollie.
