    3. Hi Suzi, It would be wonderful if you would see if WESLEY ASBERRY LINDSEY/LINSEY is listed. I'll say a little prayer that he is -- and hopefully with a wife named FRANCES. These books are wonderful and are INDEXED. If you have ancestors who moved to this area prior to the 1890 census I would be glad to do lookups for you. My 2x great grandfather moved to the Indian Territory from Paulding County, GA in the late 1880's. It was first thought that he had died prior to 1890 but he is listed on this census. 3. Hi Lou, What is the DOB for your Asberry Lindsey? And was he a CW Vet? I think I have found him in Missouri on several occasions... always misspelled. Let me know and I'll take a gander as I finish this bit o' work I have in front of me. 3. Hi Lou, I think my Missouri Asberry is a different guy (indeed, if he is only one guy in Missouri). What I have is this. 1) Asbury Linza, 1860 Federal Census, Buchanan County, Mo. 2) Asbury D. Lindsey, GLO Records, bought 320 acres, Jackson Co, Mo, 5/1/1857 (1&2 are probably the same) 3) Ashberry Lindsey married Matilda Absher on 2/26/1863, Iron County, MO. (my hunch is #3 is not the same as 1 &2) Think this is a miss, but maybe there is some connection through umpteenth cousins.
