In order to keep track of all of the Lindsey-Lindsay families, there needs to be a separate web site where contributions can be made. In my particular line a John Lindsey (born about 1775) has been connected to several other ancestors. That's right, he had several different biological fathers. I've seen several other families do the same. The site needs to be in a place where it will stay, and if possible, web site coordinators can change if needed. The coordinator also needs to have a love of the entire family research and wouldn't mind putting these various family lines (and their variations) in one place. That would take a very dedicated person who might take several years to complete the project. Then DNA testing might help a great deal. Putting DNA lines in the right classes would also take some doing. Is everyone ready to find out they might not be connected to ANY older Lindsey-Lindsay line? Bob
