    2. Pat I am very interested in talking with you. My husband descends from the James M.Lindsey Family from Henry County GA. I have found reference to him being listed on an estate with a Samuel Lindsey. Will have to hunt up my info, as I could not make a connection, but kept it just in case. If your interested please contact me birdnneon@mindspring.com Thanks Lynne ----- Original Message ----- From: "Patricia Welch" <patwelch63@hotmail.com> To: <LINDSEY-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Thursday, May 17, 2001 6:26 PM Subject: [LINDSEY] Samuel Lindsey - Georgia / Sarah Wyatt > Hi, > > I'm looking for the family of Samuel Lindsey and wife Sarah Wyatt. > > Samuel Lindsey is named in the will of John Wyatt LWT 1827 Henry Co. > Georgia, and I have several documents dated 1840-42 regarding transactions > in the estate of John Wyatt. > > I have an 1850 census for Henry Co. 3. I am interested in how you are related to the James M. Lindsey of Henry Co, GA. He is my great-grandfather, through his son Daniel Nolley Lindsey. Unless of course you are referring to James' son, James M. Lindsey married to Ona Garrett. In which case we are still related! I just returned from a trip to Henry Co, where I was photographing headstones and have spent a few years trying to find more information about the elder James. I have traced him through the various census and slaveowner records, but he disappeared after the 1870 census. You are the first person to reference this family since I joined the list 3 years ago. Any info will be most appreciated.
