It shows which branches settled/migrated into PA, VA, OH, etc. It is available from Picton Press. As far as I know, everyone born with one of the family names listed above descended from this one family as documented in the booklet. This line also includes ROSE and STORTS. I currently have Dell ROSE who married Audrey STORTS ca 1905. One of their children, Wanda Wavelyn (sp?), married Wilford LINDAMOOD, whose ancestors are also from the New Lexington, Ohio area. Wanda worked at a hotel near Port Clinton, Ohio during the summer months; she worked at Manchester High School in Akron, Ohio during the rest of the year until her retirement. Wanda died 21 October 1995. The two other siblings are James William and Jack G. Dell Rose and Audrey STORTS are buried in the New Lexington Cemetery. Karen, Titus James Lindamood was born about 1861 in Shenandoah County, VA. He was the son of George Henry 'HP' Lindamood (1828 to 1901) and Elizabeth Ann Bauserman (1832-1912), married about 1782 in Shenandoah Co., VA. His parents are: Philip Lindamood, my gggrandfather, (1801-1887) buried at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Jerome, VA and his wife was Lovice Catherine Foltz (1797-1862) born also in Shenandoah Co., as was Philip and buried with him in Jerome. I have this family of Lindamoods to the 1600's and I have much on the Foltz's. I just sold about 20 acres off the original Lindamood land grant. You may email me privately for more info after I know what you need and you may have some of the info I need. There is a book on the Lindamood's at the library in Edinburg, VA. Looking for descendants of the family of Titus J. Lindamood and Rose Forney Lindamood. I've found an obituary excerpt that lists Rose (d.o.d. Mar 13, 1903) as the daughter of a prominent Winchester, VA gentleman named Adam Forney. Looking at census records, I am unsure if the death happened in Woodstock, VA or perhaps Allegheny Co., PA. I did find a Titus J. Lindamood death mention in Darlington Co, SC death records. Could this be the same man? If this is your family, I would love to hear from you. Karen Nelson Hangsleben
