    2. Alastair & June Henderson
    3. Dear Andrew, Many thanks for answering my email. These Liddells are proving hard to sort out. I am c.c.ing this email to my cousin Colin who has had DNA testing done to link him (us) into the James Liddell line but we think James Donaldson Liddell may be a different line. I was hoping by throwing it out into the arena that we might eventually sort something out and I think it is a good thing to pool our knowledge - who knows, we may yet sort them out. I guess you might have been very hopeful when you saw the name Henderson which was linked into your Liddell line with Marion but I am sorry to disappoint you as you can see I have married a Henderson and the Liddell line comes down through my maternal grandmother. We will keep your details on file just in case there is a break through.
