I have her in the 1870 Humphreys Co. Census without her husband living with her children, and a Wm and Martha Tubb (believed to be her mother and father). She is listed again in in the 1880 Houston Co. Census living with her children and Martha Tubb(s). I have been told that she was married to A. J. Lewis. I can't find any paperwork on A. J. anywhere. Catharine had three daughters, Laura Samantha Lewis, Vicie Evaline Lewis, Andrew Bell Lewis. I have information on all three of them. She also had a son named John Thomas "Gabe" Lewis born Dec 1869. He is my grt grand father.
