Hi, Betty! I am wondering where & how you got records from Nova Scotia, Canada? I have a prob. Tory, Freeman Sears, maybe born5 Jul. 1757 Yarmouth, MA who marr. Rosanna Hoyt (do not know where or when): Their son Frederick Sears was b, 1791 Canada per census d. 28 Nov. 1870 Port Byron, NY aged 79 yr. 5 mo. 8 da. He may have been s/o John 4 & Priscilla (Sears) Sears, but is not mentioned in father's will. He marr. Betsey (?). They had dau. Sarah who marr. Orin Jones and they were my paternal gr. grandparents. Years ago I wrote to Nova Scotia via snail mail, but never got anywhere. At almost 82 I am not very computer smart, but would like to solve this line if possible. Thank you for any help or info on this brickwall. Good luck with your Lewis line. I have one in RI, but then it goes to NJ and then to NYS. Very sincerely, Ruth E.
