Several trees on the net show that Mary the daughter of Charles and Sarah died without marrying. Does anyone have any sources to verify that. My Mary Lewis was married to Peter Bunn in Martinsburg Virginia about 1789. Does any one have any info on her parents or place of birth. According to the book, The Family of John Lewis, Pioneer compiled by Irvin Frazier, Mary supposedly died unmarried. I do not have a source for my information but I have some notes that indicate that Mary Lewis, daughter of Charles and Sarah Murray Lewis, did marry Peter Bunn as you indicated. I have a copy of Charles' will, I would need to find it, but that might be a clue for you. Charles left a great deal of land to his children, both boys and girls. Charles was also give a lot of land for his service, and also his death, at the Battle of Point Pleasant.
