    1. Re: [LEWIS] Robert N Lewis
    2. I am sorry, but my Onie Laura Lewis Riley was married to John Bill (William?) Riley. I don't have any information on John Bill other than he worked for the TN Highway Dept as a road grader, and lived in Ridgely TN until his death in the late 1960's. In a message dated 4/15/2009 4:49:16 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time, bhgarbers@cox.net writes: Dear Bill, I would like to know if you know any more about Onie Laurie Lewis Riley? Catherine Lewis married David Raley in Clay Co, IL. She was the daughter of Silas Lewis & Elizabeth Dowling. The ancestor of this family was John Robert Riley born abt 1787 NC married to Catherine Rossiter. This Riley family could have been in OH at the same time as the Lewises. John Robert Riley had a brother James in the 1840 census of Clay Co, IL. I never found him after that census. John Robert Riley and part of his family migrated to Linn Co, KS.
