My grandmother, his daughter, told me that he was born April 24, 1910 in Scranton, PA. He died April 4, 1991. I have a feeling this is the Curtis Lewis that you are looking for. I have a picture of him as well. If it's not too late, let me know. My grandmother, who is still living, has some information on him.
