Even the special Book VIII issue contains only a fraction of the entire Book VIII info which is spread over many years worth of issues. A good source is the book by Frank Pardee Lewis, published in 1929. Do a search on Amazon and you will find some used copies. Search the words: Randall Lewis of Hopkinton, Rhode Island Good luck.
