If this is the right person,his parents are Mary Jane Walkingstick, a Cherokee woman and Thomas Lewis. I looked up Jane Walkingstick's info, but couldn't find anything on Thomas Lewis. Cherokee Jane Walkingstick Lewis 1815 1850 wife of Thomas Lewis children: Jane, Henry, Emily, Rachel, James H. And Thomas E. This was erected with a large gathering in November 2007 by her family.
