I am sure she didn't get it since her email has changed. I am Judy Reeds Downer and I live in Southern California. Judy Carman is my birth mother. She gave me up for adoption in 1963. Your uncle Rodney may be my bio father. Judy was with him in late 1962 and returned to Kansas in January 1963. I was born in Sept. 1963. We don't want anything from Rodney - don't want to disrupt his life. Just want to know if he is ok and how he is doing. Would welcome contact if he wishes.
