The problem is that I can't decide which Lucy Lewis married Job Phelps. The prime candidate is the daughter of John Lewis (b. 1693). An alternate candidate is the the daughter of Capt. Jonathain Lewis (b. 1697) and Elizabeth Newell. However, the Newell genealogy (1878) says that this Lucy married Noah Stanley. All of these are undocumented tertiary sources. Does anyone have any hard information on this. Like something based on a will that mentions "my son-in-law, Job Phelps" or something like that.
