O. Lewis and Miss Clara Ingham were married on last Thursday evening. It was not much of a surprise to our people, as the event has been suspicion for some time. The residence of the bride's parents was bull of friends to witness the ceremony and after it they partook of a supper such as only a few can prepare. The following is a partial list of presents made the couple by friends: A silver dinner castor, Mr. and Mrs. D. B. McKee. A silver butter dish, Mr. and Mrs. C. B. Winslow. Set silver ten spoons, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Hutchinson. Glass set, Mr. Kendrick Robertson. Linen table cloths and napkins, Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Jordan. Silver butter knife, Mrs. C. O. Chapin. Set of dinner knives and bitter knife, Mr. and Mrs. E. Wilcox. Silver pickle dish, Ed. S. Handy. Berry and sugar spoon, H. Whiteside. Silver napkin rings, Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Detrick, of Jacksonville, Illinois. Silk handkerchief, Mr. R. E. Taylor. Silver napkin rings, Misses Minnie and Jessie Hale. Pair vases, Miss Lucie Meyer. Glove box and gloves, Mr. and Mrs. S. B. Zimmerman. Japanese glove box, Grandpa. Masonic motto, Brother Eli. White bed spread, bride's mother. Gold necklace and breast pin, the groom to the bride.
