I know my gggrandfather Samuel Lesser was from Frank, Russia and immigrated to the US at 70 y/o and settled in Ritzville Wa., but he is the first generation of info I have on my Dad's family. If they immigrated to Russia, where did they originally come from? So far I haven't found any information on that. Have found some people originated from Russia/Poland and changed their names from Loeser to Lesser when they came to the US. Interesting!! Will post anything that I come up with.
