You mention that Catherine was buried in Salt Lake City - and I would hope you can visit there someday if you haven't done so already. I spent a week long period of research there for two years in a row and had remarkable success breaking through a couple of research walls. It's not just the data bases, but their non-electronic materials are highly focused and relevant to research. On top of that their staff is so well trained and helpful. Hope you can do that.
