Have been working genealogy for maybe 30 years. All the Leshers, of various spellings, originated in that Alsace-Lorraine area of France, sometimes of Germany, also called the Palatines for its little sub-duchies. We apparently had a pretty big presence in that small area of Europe. Who were we?
