I was searching for Jacob Lesher because a Jacob Lesher and a Simon Walter (my ancestor) co-bought property in Barbour County, Virginia in October 1804. Simon Walter also was buried at the Mount Morris Cemetery. One of the family researchers also said that Simon Walter came from Cocalico Township in Pennsylvania, but I have never found collaborating information. I always wondered if Jacob Walter was married to either a sister of Simon Walter or a sister of Simon Walter's wife, Anna Maria Lower Walter. I would appreciate any insight you can provide.
