A lot more Leshers have been unearthed in PA since I first starting working the project about 30 years ago. At that time, I could only locate one line, your Nicholas I, who came over with son John (Oley Forge, CCongress) in 1736. With my papers, which are now in a carton that my son is keeping, I unearthed a hand-written ships manifest of that year showing Nicholas, wife, John, another Nicholas, I think a Jacob (operating from memory, here). That Jacob seems to have disappeared rather early. Believe Nicholas had two daughters after arriving in the New World. Ultimately, I tracked his line forward past my line back and they did not touch, so I abandoned Nicholas and his tribe. A family source finally, if circuitisly, got me to Jacob of Smithfield NY as a GG Grandfather, but there I'm stopped. No documentation nowhere. Again, thanks. All fascinating. Good luck.
