I just became aware of the "Lesher Families in America", A quarterly Genealogical Newsletter. The quarterlies were in print from 1987 through 1993 and are filled with a huge amount of research and information. Just 'google' the title and, Index of Lesher ancestry.Lesher Families in America will come up. The newsletters are on "freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com" but it is so much easier to just google the title. I have just skimmed through a few but nothing to help me with Elizabeth Lesher (ca. 1765 - d. after 1840) who married Samuel Paxton (died 1810), both of Bedford Co., PA. Connie M.
