My brother took Spanish guitar lessons at Chamberlin's and later bought his first bass guitar and Vox AC30 amplifier from there in 1963 , His group"The Swinging Cortels" Featured on the front of the Leicester Chronicle ( that was the peak of their fame!) . Later he favoured Moore and Stanworths on Belgrave road but I thought Chamberlin's superior.
