    3. Thanks Connie I have been using the windows "snippet" feature to trim articles out of a page. I then save the snip with a name which includes the name of the newspaper and date. For trimming photos I use photoscape which is also a free programme.     3. Serif Page Plus will do what you want. My husband uses it all the time.     3. Thanks for this Barbara Someone sent me a message directly yesterday and suggested Page Plus. I have downloaded the free starter version to try out, but I'm not sure the free version will do everything. I also downloaded Scribus which if a free open source programme and have started experimenting with it. I found some basic videos on using Scribus which are helpful in getting a start.
