Information I have on Arthur Spriggs 1876 - 1960 Australia suggests that the above person may be this Arthur's father. I an entry of the centenary of the Cleve township in South Australia it reads " the first Spriggs' migrant, a convict guard to Irish prisoners, assigned to Oladdie Station an area in the NE of SA near the townships of Carrieton and Orroroo." This is the same general area that Arthur was born in 1876. The above information, if proven, would establish the link back to England from Australia. bob _____ I am using the free version of SPAMfighter for private users.
