Dear List, At the risk of overkill (2 messages in one day) I would like to know if anyone is researching the family of John SOARS and Hannah HARRIMAN, of Woodhouse. John and Hannah married in 1799 in Woodhouse, and to my knowledge had at least two children Emily (born 1813) and Mary (born 1816). My 4xgreat grandfather, Edward SOARS, was born in Woodhouse about 1811. However, to date I have been unable to find his parents. Given the birthdates of Emily and Mary, I am wondering if there is any connection between Edward and them i.e. is he a brother and therefore a son of John and Hannah. Certainly the names John, Mary and Hannah appear in Edward's own family from his marriage to Mary CAWREY, in 1836.
