You can use it with an email client with no problems *but* for some reason they don't download your own mail! You can see it if you use webview though. You're better off using gmail because of the efficient spam filters. Incidentally, if you've got a problem like this, it's better to contact the list admin direct rather than contact the list as all the mails relating to this subject are now in the archives for the duration.
