Yeah, I know the area well myself, so was very confused to see the extra village! I did wonder if it was a mistake, as the text on maps.live.com is exactly where the text on the ordnance survey maps say "groby pool". I used the feedback form on maps.live.com to report the error yesterday, so if I get a reply I'll let the list know what it says! Thanks for the info John - very interesting. Makes me even more inclined to go back to my trusty OS paper maps though - the fictitious "Newtown Limford" is even indexed, and you can get travel directions to it!! How confusing must that be for people who don't know the area?
