I see an Ann Humber born Barrow on Soar 1853. I also have Ann Humber, born 1849, died 1852 parents Thomas & Eleanor Humber. The 1861 census does not show Ann born 1853 living with Thomas & Eleanor. Other than sending away for the birth certificate do any readers know of any other way I can find out whether Thomas & Eleanor where her parents? Ann born 1849 is not my ancestor but her sister Mary is. I am trying to confirm relationship with another branch of my tree.
