Hi I am trying to find descendants of a family tree in Leicester going back to 1800. They were by name ALLEN in St Margarets but the children after their christian names were called either Purver Allen, who would have been the grandmother's maiden name, I have christian names followed by Bishop Allen, Grimes Allen, Stevenson Allen but cannot find where the Bishop or Grimes name comes into the family, although I have now placed Stevenson. Some are on the Welford Road Burial Index.
