Hello and Good Morning, I am looking for a birth/Baptism date for my Gr Grandfather Robert ( Henry ) Maden, I have tried Freebmd but to no avail, according to the 1881 census Robert was born Abt 1878 Oakham, Rutland, his parents names were Arthur and Elizabeth ( possible nee Thompson ). I would be so grateful if anyone can help me as I am having difficulty in tracing this family. Thank you for what ever help is given. Kind Regards Rhiannon

Rhiannon, I have looked on Ancestry.co.uk and found Robert William Maden birth registered June quarter (that's April/May/June) 1878 in Uppingham registration district, Rutland.
