Hi Peter Holmes I note you post the name FREER in Leics. This may not be much help, but I was at Humberstone infants and junior school with a Pamela FREER. She lived opposite the junior school entrance and her mother was the "lolipop lady" for the infants crossing the road at their entrance. We went to different high schools when we left that school in 1951 and I had no more contact with her.
